About Therapy

What is Therapy?

Therapy offers a confidential space to talk openly about what's troubling you, without judgement. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or simply feel like something isn't quite right, working with a trained therapist can help you understand your thoughts and feelings, and find a way through.

How We Work

We take an integrative approach, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential thinking. This means we don't apply a one-size-fits-all method — instead, we tailor each session to what you need, at a pace that feels right for you.

Who Therapy Can Help

We support clients with a wide range of difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Trauma
  • Low self-esteem and low confidence
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Disordered eating
  • Isolation and life transitions

What to Expect

Your first session is a chance to talk about what's brought you to therapy, and for us to understand how best to support you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out — we'll work through it together, at your pace.
